Rooms to be Moved to Hybrid
Once a year, generally at the beginning of the year, we go back and look at room posts, if we see a room that has had 0 posts for that year we take that room and put it in hybrid. We do not delete rooms unless we are asked to by the owner. Over the next few days a few rooms will be going into hybrid for these reasons. the owner is always more than welcome to come and ask for it to be set public again. Reason we do this is cuts down on the list people have to scroll through to get to their own room or the room they wish to play in. Tho WRC is a no post count site, 1 year the room should have seen some activity, we know life pops up hence why we do not delete the rooms. Please contact me if I have accidentally or purposely put your room into hybrid and you wish to keep it public. Please email me your login id and room name at whisper@whisperingreamschat.net.

!!WE ARE FIXED!!
Whispering Realms Chat's Ram has been upgraded. We went from 1.5 gig to 4 Gig.
I as well would like to welcome onboard as new Co-Owner StarDawn. She has been my friend for many years and has 100% totally earned this right. I have never asked for donations from those who chat here, when I told her what our issue was and that that I would have to pay about 30 bucks more a month for the extra ram she did not hesitate and stepped up to the plate and said, in so many words, I want help you out, you have always provided a pretty much drama free site and it is worth it. First I would like to welcome all the new folks to the site. Secondly, We are sorry for the errors at night. WRC is not used to the high flow of traffic and this is pulling on the Ram. Please, for now, do not use the AUTO SCROLL or STREAMING chat. if you can used Basic chat it will not pull so hard on the Ram. We are working on seeing about getting this up and running smoother. Backing Up of Puppets
Please remember to back your puppets up so if the site dies, which I hope it doesn't, but if it does, your puppets will be backed up. To back up your puppets please do the following 1. Open up Note Pad, note pad will not make auto changes like Word might 2. Either with in the portal or room go to your puppet list. 3. Below the list of your puppets you should have a list of actions 1. Clone & Copy 2. Puppet Groups 3. Puppet Activity 4. Export 5. Import Go to the one that states "Export" 4. A box will come up with rows and rows of numbers, Right click anywhere in that box and click on sellect all, then right click again and click on copy. 5. Go to your note pad and right click and click paste. 6. Save your file as a txt file. 7. Whispering Realms Would like to thank a few people
Throughout the last 7 years we have had rooms come and go, I would like to thank the following people/rooms, they have stayed through thick and thin, they have might of had had different room names, some have been just hybrid or listed, but they have been here. We at Whispering Realms Chat thank you! First would like to thank those who helped me get WRC Up and running throughout the years Mark For helping with the code throughout the years getting site set up from server to server and for putting up with my arse! Brian Wolfe for hosting my site and working with the code as best he can Martin Foster for first hosting WRC and helping with main code when he first opened. Ruthee She helped with all the coding to make WRC look the way it did look. Now for the Rooms who have been here from the beginning, again same room different name, IF you are not on this list please let me know. We want to first and foremost thank all the rooms we have at WRC, not just the ones who have been there throughout the years. Welcome the rebirth of an old Room
I would like to welcome back the rebirth of an old room on WRC.
Shards of Krynn, Shards was one of the first rooms on WRC so many years ago, almost 7. We had a fun cast of folks who used to play there. One of those who has been off line for WAY TOO long.
